Return/Exchange Policy:

Defective products: On most products we will accept return of defective product for replacement for up to 30 days after the date of the invoice.  The cost of shipping the product back t Netpeddler will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package.  It is not necessary to insure packages of value of $100 or less. Over the $100 value insure the package. The cost to ship the replacement (s) back to you will be paid by Netpeddler.  Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse.

Exchanges:

We will accept products back for exchange within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 15% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be exchanged, Each product returned for exchange must be in it's original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may apply.This includes the item and it's packaging and accessories.All exchangs require a return authorization number. The cost of shipping the product back to Netpeddler will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend they be shipped with tracking infomation and insurance. If it is sent by parcel post use delivery confimation and insure the packag. The cost to ship the new products will be paid by the customer.

Returns:

We will not accept products back for return unless misspelled names or cracks are found. The cost of shipping the item back to Netpeddler will be paid by the customer. For your protection, we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS, you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the package value exceeds $100.
